"One of his agents just told me they don’t allow policies to be sold at 15/30/5 after being an option online. How is that possible? Definitely seems to me like they upsell policies to fill their pockets"
"Javier - Thanks for your note. Purchasing minimal Liability Limits 15/30/5 puts you at a significant liability risk if you have an at-fault accident. As your insurance advisor, we prefer to offer higher limits for just a few dollars more per month. That way, you are better protected and less likely to get sued for bodily injury/damages to others above the minimum limits. We do not upsell our clients. Rather, we advise, educate clients on benefits of proper coverage and let them make the final decision. Thanks for your understanding. Best regards, John Diehl"

"I recently switched to this office after my agent moved 40 miles away. I was happy I did after it was pointed out that I was underinsured, and only needed a monthly cost increase of around $20 to help get my insurance needs met. And they also informed me about rental coverage that I thought was included by my prior agent was not accurate at all."
